WHAT IS THE LFD SHOP? The LFD Shop is a portal for to-the-trade pieces, shipped directly to you from the manufacturer.

WHAT ARE TO-THE-TRADE PIECES? Typically to-the-trade pieces are purchased exclusively by trade professionals (i.e. interior designers) at wholesale, and then resold to their clients at a markup. This portal allows LFD to sell trade furniture and decor on our website to anyone, not just clients!

WHO IS SIDE DOOR? SideDoor is the online tool we use for the portal. All orders are secure and fulfilled by SideDoor. They handle the logistics, delivery, and customer service for all orders.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? We not able to take returns or exchanges since items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Therefore all sales are final unless product(s) is damaged in transit.

WHAT IF AN ITEM IS DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL? Inspect all items immediately upon delivery. If a product is damaged, contact SideDoor customer service.

ARE THERE ANY LEAD TIMES? Everything is ready to ship in four weeks or less, unless otherwise noted. Orders can be placed for backordered items, but the lead time will be noted.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ITEM(S) SHIP? You will receive an e-mail communication from SideDoor regarding the progress of your order and when pieces ship.  Furniture is shipped via a freight carrier. The freight carrier will call you when your furniture is ready for delivery to schedule a delivery date.

HOW IS SHIPPING AND HANDLING CALCULATED? Shipping and Handling is included in the prices shown! Shipping and handling costs do not change if you have more or less items in your cart.
