About Lisa Fleming Picciano

Lisa’s passion for design sparked at a young age when she designed and built an addition for her dollhouse, with her dad. Now as a mother of two young children, Lisa’s top priority is balancing beauty and function paired with livable comfort. Along with an elegant design aesthetic, Lisa believes integrity and communication are paramount in producing exceptional homes her clients love. She founded Lisa Fleming Design after honing her skills while working for some of the world’s top Architecture and Interior Design firms in New York City. Her travels to Europe and relationships with vendors and crafts people provide her with a unique ability to edit and curate one of a kind interiors. With 30 years of experience in the design world, she holds two degrees, both in Interior Design (Syracuse) and Architecture (Catholic University). She currently resides in Madison, New Jersey with her husband and two children, where she is relentlessly updating her own 100-year old Center Hall Colonial Home.
